Q: If I purchase more than one item do I need to pay for shipping more than once?
A: To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon your delivery address and all items' weight and size in you shopping cart. Postage will not be double counted on each product e.g. delivery fee stays the same if one courier bag is enough for several small items in cart, and the extra for rural delivery only charge once no matter how many items in your order etc.

Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: No sorry, we ONLY ship within NZ at the moment. All currency indicated is in NZD.

Q: Can I Modify Or Cancel My Order?

Another order can be placed, but any incorrect orders will have to go via our usual return process.
